Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return, in accordance with Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
