Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Here's how we handle cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at hola@valentea.shop with your order number.

Refunds

Once a cancellation or return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Consumer Rights

In accordance with Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240, you have the right to a full refund if the product does not match its description or arrives defective.
